      Owned and operated by former Wilhelmina model, Norma Jean Darden, Spoonbread Catering, is an outgrowth of the award-winning Doubleday cookbook Spoonbread and Strawberry Wine; Recipes and Reminiscences of a Family.
      Southern fare predominates -- like Pecan Chicken with White Peach Sauce; but there's also African Chicken in Peanut Sauce and Woven Kingfish and Salmon in Caribbean Sunset Sauce.        Whether you're hosting a small casual gathering, or a large sit-down dinner, we can suggest a variety of New York City locations for your event.

Prices(per person)
      Continental breakfasts start at $10, full breakfasts begin at $14. Lunches start at $15 and range from beautifully wrapped box lunches to sit down luncheons.
Cocktail Parties start at $16.00, and three-course dinners range from $30-$75. There is a minimum food cost of $500.
